They come with a quick connect, so you can pop them off.
Last night was just a test, ran em off a 9v. Gotta get them hardwired to the truck this weekend. Then we'll see......

hey guys question when it comes to a car accident and you are not a fault what do i do exactly?

the police report is done the other driver admitted it was his fault i have his name number and insurance information do i talk to my insurance or his insurance or do i just give the info to the shop i plan to fix the car and they just bill him?

ive never been in accident before so i have zero clue

any info on this would be appreciated

you talk to your insurance and give them all the info. Then your insurance talks to their insurance and works out the details.

You can call both, but definitely call your insurance. Get them in the loop...

You pay your insurance company to be your advocate and they pay theirs to be their advocate. Deal with the people that you are in business with and let them go after the other drivers insurance.

Make absolutely certain that the entire car is inspected for damage and not just the immediate area.

When in doubt ask questions. Your property is at stake and at the end of the day you are the only one truly invested in your interests.

No fault only means towards medical. Essentially everyone covers their own medical but it gets muddy

Eventually they give a list of shops the insurance partners with then you can go to one of them for a quote. Or you can go to one of your choosing. You dont have to have it fixed. Youre allowed to accept a check yourself but if it had been more damage then the quote your SOL. Where a shop will continue charging the insurance whats necessary
