I have never been this sore in my entire life.

I used to lift weights, play football, basketball, run cross country. And i never got this sore when i was doing all that...

Of course im like 50 lbs heavier and 10 yrs older now...:)

Did the chest/back/ab ripper, plyometrics, arms/shoulders/ab ripper.

I cant even lift my arms above my head to wash my hair...lol...

Ive seen some nice results from some co-workers. Hope it works, Hope i can stick with it. Got the wife doing it with me, so that will help.

I started that a while back, then had to stop for medical reasons. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon... great workout. Hard not to laugh at that guy sometimes, though.

Power90 can get monotonous after a while, but stick with it. It'll make things a bit better for you when you get on X, but definitely not make it easier. X is an ass kicker no doubt!

It'll get better man...just do the best you can. If you're feeling pains other than the usual muscle soreness, definitely take it easy. I remember my very first week I was walking around like the tin man and the worst part was getting up out of bed.

That guy bugs the hell out of me. I make sure he's muted and crank up my own music. :headbang: I did the Yoga crap with my wife. That was the worst by far. I'm not flexible to save my life.

bone stock save for the block lift that came on it with the open country m/t.
I'm going on week 8....hard to believe. I haven't had huge gains, as far as weight loss, muscle gain, etc, but I notice my endurance has increased, the other day I was trying to start the weedeater and it didn't kill me like it used to:D When I started, on my days off, I would get up at five and work out, just to get it out of the way. On the days that I work, I get up at four and go to it. Tony is a fanatic, no two ways about it. His voice can be really annoying, but I just tune him out, and go to it. Good luck man, you can do it, I was doing it with a buddy, he gave up, and I just kept on going. Just do your best, and forget the rest....:D

I love plyo. It's what I like to start my week off with. But my hours at work I'm doing it at 1 in the morning. So I don't do it everyday.

    Update:

Soreness almost gone now...Starting all over again tonight with chest and back. Hopefully i can do a push up tonight.

Sticking with it so far. And you guys are right, its tough without someone to do it with you. The wife kinda stopped a few days ago. Busy week, she said she would start back with me tonight. We'll see how that goes.
