Hey guys, new to the Site!

I've got an 06 Double Cab TRD Long Bed. Just got the frame replaced a few weeks ago.
Last year I got into a small collision, damaged the hood, door and fender. After the frame was replaced the hood doesn't alight with the fender or shut right and the door isn't shutting completely along the top half because the hinge is cracked, which has caused a very annoying air leak.

Does anyone know if I need to remove the fender in order to remove the door hinge off the cab? It looks like I can get at the first bolt but the second bolt I am unsure of. It is the upper hinge on the driver door.

    Thanks in advance!

    Willy

I did, mostly because it had seized calipers. I was surprised because they weren't even two years old and seized up after 10 days. I told them about the door and the hood too but they insisted the door and hood wasn't their fault because of the 'damage' from my collision and told me I need to go to a body shop.. But they did install new calipers for no charge so I figured to hell with them I'll fix the door and hood myself.

Well at least you got that the calipers but I would find a new dealer. If the hood and door seated before the frame they should after as well. Hope all goes well.
