check your 4wd relay. Mine needed cleaning and would not engage the ADD system to lock the front diff into 4wd.

The blinking elocker light usually means its attempting to lock. THough can also mean it is locked.

So once you were in 4hi the green light should have shown up. I had this issue once I got some electrical connection cleaner from the part store and cleaned all the connectors on my transfer case and that fixed the issue

its a possibility, but I’ve experienced the same sort of vibes once before after I rebuilt my stock pack which gave another 1”+ lift over the wheelers. It’s not a vibration as much as a drowning noise of sorts you can hear through the cab from about 35-45/50 mph. And it’s not consistent with the revolutions of the tires...

Wow... usually I have no issue getting the hub out of the bearing.. just issues getting the bearing out of the spindle

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Worth mentioning you can obtain this sensor for much cheaper if you order through a normal parts store and get a reverse light switch for a 1st gen 4cyl manual tacoma

Yea it was crazy. Started bending my 3/4" press plates. Had to weld on some gussets.

Now this piece is stuck on the hub

Mine in my 97 was under the passenger kick panel.

I believe Mike has mentioned since his regear his just flashes all the time when in use but still locks fine.

Any of you folks running Corbeau seats? I'm looking at their RRS series, they look spectacular.

I ended up using a bearing splitter.
But that's 1 side done, hopefully the next side is more straight forward

anyone know what this plastic part is called? The plastic sleeve thing that goes between the "keeper bracket" (or whatever it's called) and the leafs on my dakars.

    20191104_175107.jpg

Had a squeak when I was braking and accelerating and tracked it down to this.

For now I just cut a piece of rubber and put it between them.

    20191104_175533.jpg

    Anyone run into this before?

Too rich for my blood. How did you mount your seatbelt, is there a provision for it on the Recaro?

Yes that was my super annoying squeak. Except I lost the bolt and the pack twisted. So I now have a very subtle squeak and it’s not as noticeable so I’ll have to fix that
