I recommend one of our fine vendors on TW for a bumper. Find someone local and buy from them.

No it wont protect you from a deer, pretty much no bumper will protect you from a 200 pound lump of fur smashing into you while your going 70 mph.

If you want to avoid deer, I suggest ditch lights as they will allow you spot the deer before they run.

Any advice? Price is anoter factor, i don't want to spend 1xxx $ on a front bumper specially now that it won't protect 100% my truck..

I usually dont go at 70mph.. i was looking for something that help mitigate the damage that a deer can do at around 40/50mph

Your going to want to find one then that has full brush guard hoops that cover the whole front. They look terrible in pictures, but actually dont look too bad in person. Just make sure you find one thats built into a plate bumper that usually holds a winch. Most other brush guards are just bolted on at the bottom and cant handle the impact of anything short of a bush.

Looks like it completely gets in the way of the TSS if you have that. Otherwise it looks ok other than the huge logo in the front

Agreed, it might buy you time to pass them, before they bolt..”Deer in the headlights” syndrome..
