Can anyone help me fix this issue I’ve been experiencing?

At the bottom 15-20% of my clutch pedal stroke, I can 3/5 times feel a faint clunk/catch and the resistance of the clutch go away. Outside of the truck, you can hear a faint clunk as well. Due to the inconsistency in pedal feel, it causes a tiny upset in the release and can cause the truck to engage a little more abruptly. I’ve lubed the assembly so I don’t think it’s the pedal itself. I do have the accumulator deleted.

    Any ideas?

I have warranty but I have low hopes of it working out due to the accumulator delete and nature of manual transmission claims..

Sorry. Nothing is coming to mind other than bleeding.

With the accumulator got, it is probably the simplest system on the truck. Be sure to have a helper so that you can have a look at the motion of the slave cylinder.

i wonder if they will have any good input. my ADM is done with a hard line, I'm all lubed well and it's a total POS. i have stopped investing in it. currently collecting parts for a new FJ pedal and LC MC assembly going on a new URD Stg2 clutch. just a stop and start over approach after fighting with the same crap parts for 3 years. i decided to throw in the towel when the pedal started clicking and wobbling side to side. enough.

Mine started clicking in the cold today, but weirdly it was 50F leaving the house. Warmest morning in a while here. I need to get on the grease.

It’s been bled and there’s no air, but to better describe it, it feels like it very briefly sticks and then lets go on the way to the bottom of the pedal stroke. You can audibly hear a click or muffled clunk under the truck when it happens.

    No good.

It might be the slave cylinder or clutch arm? Have you pull the inspection cover off to see it gets louder?

Pretty new at this, where is the cover? And if it gets louder what does that mean?

There is a black cover just in front of the slave cylinder. If you pull it off and it gets louder, it means that the sound in coming from inside the bell housing and it isn't the slave.
