Their sport seat, the Tan matches okay, I think the spice might be a better match for the tan interiors.

 

If you do order, you will need brackets also, I used E1104, and E1105, and added the double locking sliders, figured with my size, and some offroading, they would last longer. they also include a place to mount the seat belt.

You sound like quite the expert on e-lockers. Personal experience?

I am not convinced it is as simple as you describe. For my own personal experience, since I regeared, mine blinks in two different ways.

When I first press the button, it blinks 'fast'. About 2 to 3 blinks per second. This what I would describe as a normal blink. Once the locker engages, the blink rate slows down to around one blink every 2 seconds with the light on slightly longer than it is off. It stays at that 'slow' blink rate as long as the locker is engaged. The locker light never goes completely solid. Locker works perfectly other than the indicator light.

 

Weird, my e-locker only blinks if it's trying to engage and stays solid red once it is engaged. But I haven't regeared or done anything to the differential.

 

The fast blinking is waiting to engage, the slow blinking is failure to engage. If you're engaged with slow blinking you have a partial engagement or a failed engaged switch or wiring. Cut and dry, end of story

 

Are you certain of that? A continued fast blink is an indicator of failure to engage.

I really doubt there is an issue with the engagement, Its worked that way for 5 years through some very high stress situations. My money is on the position switch.

 

I ran Corbeau's for a long time in my AE86 and i liked them. They eventually faded in the sun badly and the padding for the seat got worn and i could feel metal bars running threw them. I swapped them out for some Bride seats

 

I am always terrible about trying to engage both lockers fully stopped.

 

Convert to cable actuation. I'm thinking about it.

 

I've never seen the need. My e locker always works flawlessly, and the air locker up front does too. The only difficulty is learning to need to do the rock back and forth to get steering back after you turn the front locker off. If I am mid obstacle and I need to change position it's turn off front, rock back and forth with a little steering till I can turn, set the angle of the dangle and lock back up.

posted this in 5 lug forum but that shit dead over there rn and I'm hoping to pull the trigger on these tomorrow. I've heard good about KYB's, anyone have reservations for me to not grab these tomorrow? I'm p sure I am still on stock shocks at 114k miles for reference. Got a lot of body roll and bobbing on highways

 

Registered it at the DMV lol. Went to get the emissions tested but forgot i put in a new battery last weekend and failed; so need to rack ups miles to get the ecu reset completely.

 

Didn’t see anything in TIS about the flashing being different. Just states when shifting is prohibited that it’ll flash and a buzzer will sound from The 4x4 ecu.
Nothing about fast or slow blinking

 

The fast/slow blinking had me confused as well. I've never seen it flash at any speed other than the normal one when it's trying to engage, then solid when it's locked.

 

Picked up the freshly charged coilovers, with coils re-mounted, on the way home from work today.


Changing them out was going to be so simple, I decided not to wait lol

Just picked up my Kings from a fresh rebuild tonight, but I'm too lazy to put then on right now lol. Gonna slap them on tomorrow after work, looking forward to the less harsh ride.
