Ooof haha. I tried to replicate my MIG like TIG with a larger wire size today and it came out nice still but not stack of dimes nice

Thanks! I was in a rush to finish this job so I could get to a new one welding pins to carriers that were made of 4140 (tough to weld). Plenty strong and not unattractive, funny part is no one will see those besides the guys that bolt em in haha.

 

i need to grab a picture of my front cat... thats the best weld ive ever laid down that i can remember.

3 years on this but its 300 series stainless. im pretty happy with it considering i was at the limits of my pocket tig..


also did it under the truck on the garage floor..

It's the drum brake again. That stupid stupid self adjuster is the death of me.

Don't be such a negative nancy, I'm still learning. Those were the first drum brakes I've ever done.

 

My kid converted the 04 Civic to rear disc. I'm so glad he did.
