    I will probably go with direct power since I would like it when camping back there. I have a small aux fuse box from my bike that I could never find a good spot to mount it.

    I just need to check gauges for the run length and actually get to it. It will only be LEDs, so I bet anything will work. I still want to think it through for any other stuff I might install back there. I can't think of anything high draw yet.

    I have the HF version of that one also, not to mention a couple Lucy lanterns and more just laying around for power outages.

    Holy crap. Those are neato and cheap. That would be simpler than routing a protected harness.

    Well I'm cheap haha. I already have some strip LED's, a mini solar panel and tons of 18650's, plus being stand-alone. Idk building that little package makes me more motivated haha. I should just run some 4g to the bed to a fuse block and future proof myself.
