Fucking seriously though.... I've been saying this forever. I'd rather wait a few extra weeks/months for a better product than run a rushed tune with annoying inconsistencies. Nice to see someone else with some self control. We are in the MT thread though so it is a bit more common.

On the other hand Mat, when are you gonna hire someone to work the customer service including shipping and handling? I think that would help you a lot in taking out some of the work of your shoulders. Much of the complains I see toward OVTune is about the CS, or lack of.

I don't usually complain but man you told me a 30 days lead time, then you received them but are still of not sending them, I'm kind of pissed you are holding on my dump tubes while I told you the shipping rate was good enough for me. Personnal info here but I work 2 months on/off and ordered them before I went home in August and now I'm back to work with no dump tubes received.

I know you are moving shop, but you did say all current orders would be shipped nonetheless. You can hold them until January now, I'll email you before I go back home.

Wouldn't you be angry if you ordered something, the vendor tells you he got them but it's expensive to ship, you tell him it's good he can ship them at that rate, then no update in over a month? I'm pretty sure a whole bunch of AT guys would've charge back already lol

I still support Mat in whatever he does because he's good, but I think his business got too big now for him to handle all the CS. In the end, it's just a worthless opinion from a random internet dude, he can take it or leave it.

 

I'd work for him. I'm done with my job as it is, could use a change of scenery. Plus OVTune does solid work.
