    I'm at 217, trying to be consistent 220 by the end of the year. Been struggling to get past 215, then finally in the last month got to 217.

    Nice. I usually feel the best between 195-205, but it's hard for me to maintain

    Nothing but lean and mean! At 6’ y’all 135 is pretty lean. Don’t know what my body fat percentage was but I was running at least 3-5 miles a day and working construction job. I will never have that body again
