    Back then i was doing 2-a-days, going on patrol and kicking Haqqani and Taliban ass. I ran a 13:30 2-mile and maxed pushups and sit-ups. Best shape of my life.

    Yeah. It has a bad battery, so it needs to be ridden every day to start. I forgot to ride it for a week, so the battery needs to charge.

    ill start
    Below 15% body fat to begin with don’t care what I weigh.
    That’s it for now doing more strength training and trying to bulk up some but as clean as possible.

    Dead lift over 400#'s by the end of the year, last I did was 395#'s and that was a struggle. Also weigh a consistent 220#'s and not be a fat bitch.
