Nice to hear the Flex Z coilovers ride nice. I have them for the Z too!! Are they pretty easy to get the ride height adjusted?

 Thanks man! I appreciate that! Still a work in progrss, but its getting to where I want it, slowly but surely. They are definitely far and few between. There is a red one out here posted for sale I've been drooling over. I want someone to pick it up!

Nice! Twins! Not bad to adjust at all. We actually went through Element Wheels for the initial install. We went to them to order the Konigs and tires since they would be slightly stretched and Discount wont touch stretched tires. while talking and ordering wheels and tires, they mentioned their installs and alignments. went home, ordered the coilovers, and then took them in once the wheels and tires arrived. They slapped it all together with the ride height we wanted, aligned it, and got it back to us in a day. We adjusted the fronts a little lower once we got it back. Just jacked it up, and used the included spanner wrench to drop it more. Might need to play with the camber adjustment some too if we continue to drop it more up front.

Need to get some pictures of it this weekend. its sittin nice.

we would have done the install ourselves, but we were heading to Vegas a couple days later, so wanted it done before that.

 nothing too exciting lately. Just driving back and forth to work. Cali trip was awesome and the truck ran great with zero issues.

Speedo fixed. just gotta slap it all back together tonight. was worried about the dash/plastics during removal, but it all went super smooth. only issue I had with the new cable, is that its slightly longer, so I had to take up slack throughout the length of it. runs smooth, but speed is off a bit. reads almost exactly 10mph faster than GPS.

That’s weird. Does it have a fixed gear on it? Some trannies have changeable gears where the speedo cable ties in.

That's what I don't know. and also not sure if it would be on the trans or cluster side. I'm going to mess with the cluster side a bit today and research the trans side more and go from there.

No updates really. It's been sitting for the last 3+ weeks while I've been driving the Taco. Took it to work this morning tho. Started it up for the first time yesterday with no issues minus being a little cold and needing to warm up. That's always been a struggle tho since the carb rebuild. Needs some adjustments. But.. my quick solution for this morning since I knew it would be troublesome to start in the cold again, was a little electric heater. Sat it on the ground in the garage in front of the truck. Has a fan to push what little heat it produces, and it rose and filled the engine bay. Hood was warm to the touch this morning. Cab was actually warm. It started right up and didn't need any warm up time. No multiple cranks. Etc. Was super surprised how well it worked for such a simple idea. Lol

Gotta finish up the Taco first.. Then I'll get back on this little guy.

Hoping to head back out to Cali for the next Dockweiler Minitruck meet later this year if possible.. no changes since the last one. Just higher mileage.

I really like looking at this ride. I'm torn between an older Toyota like this or a mk3/4 vr6 Golf. Which ever pops up first in my budget.
