So im having trouble getting my Squadrons wired up correctly. I have the Squadrons, BD harness w/relay and a Caliraised "OEM" switch. Could anyone shed some light on how i should be wiring this correctly?

We’re beyond excited that verboom55 won the best off-road Chevy award from chevrolet. Peter has owned this truck for quite sometime, it was his vision, and he rips it! We’re so honored to have featured it in our booth!

I don't have that switch but I can only assume it has four wires off the back which is what is throwing you for a loop.

    If it looks like this.
    CH4X4 Switch Wiring Connector.jpg
Your BD harness has three wires.

Your BD black goes to switch black, your BD constant 12v red goes to switch green, your last BD red wire goes to switch red 1. The caliraised red 2 then gets connected via an add a fuse to your "tail" circuit in the fuse box inside the cab.

I bought the Squadron Sport foglight kit and wanted know if anybody knows where to purchase a flush face mount and some brackets so I can run them as ditch lights. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Craig

Will the XL80’s be too large to run as ditch lights? Are they overkill?

I’m thinking of returning my unopened squadron pro’s and just going ahead and getting the XL80’s.

Just concerned that they may be too large and/or may not fit with a snorkel I have yet to install.

Those two wires should be going to the 'load' or otherwise known as 'lights'.

You should have two wires with ring connectors that go to the battery + and -.
You should have three wires that were connected to the cheap little round switch that BD sends.
There are two more wires (Red and Black) that come off the relay and are connected to your lights.

When you flip the switch it activates the relay and makes the red wire hot.

Pictures are helpful if you need more assistance.

Are the LP6 and LP9 the same depth, 3.33?

Looking at upgrading some lights soon. Thoughts on the XL80 over the Squad pros? Have been looking at 2x driving combo, but also thinking 1 driving combo and the second be the Racer series. any input greatly appreciated.

Where are you planning on putting them? I've got 4 XL80s and they crank out an insane amount of light.

They will be going in the ditch light location. I originally was a bit worried about the weight but have since see that some people do run them there.
