While I have the Toyota liner out of the bed, I'm going to finish the bed with Rustoleum Truck Bed Liner using a roller. I think a roller will do good and I don't want to deal with the over spray this time of year.

I had this same thought the other day and stopped by my friendly Line-X shop. $524 and they'll do it all including the little up and over the rails area. Kinda hard to beat that after watching all the vids of how the DIY liners hold up.

 

But then my pay check will be small. I need 10 hour days atleast

I got a $600 quote from Line-x the other day. I'm 45 miles away from line-x shop. What I planned to do is just give the bed a couple of coats of this stuff, let it cure good during the winter, them put original the Toyota liner back in before spring when I will start hauling stuff again. I like that Toyota liner because I can slide heavy stuff over it. My only complaint is because it wore the paint off the original bed paint in a few areas.

Goals

 

I liked the Toyota liner for hauling heavy stumps and stuff like this.

 

I have a drop in plastic liner right now. The bed is nice underneath but I remember after having my green truck with the spray in it stayed clean too.

 

I think a spray in bedliner is totally worth it, but only if it’s quality, I feel like that rusto liner will chip and fade pretty quick, don’t even must with herculiner, it’s shit.

Getting something gold thing first time is well with it as reversing it isn’t easy.
