He was on his way home from YMCA after dark in the rain. Missed a sharp turn and went head on into a tree.

 

Afternoon and or Evening Everyone !!!!

Just got done doing my PT and today the main exercise was the recumbent bike . I haven't been on this bike in almost a month and the first few minutes today was hard . Once my knee loosened up it got easier and was able to pedal for 10 minutes

I was a little sore after but "no pain no gain !! " . I also was able to get in 1820 steps

Glad everyone made it through alright. That's some scary stuff. I really hate big city driving.

 

It still freaks me out. One of those cars slammed into another right next to me. I was expecting someone to hit me.

Dallas and the metroplex is really bad. There are some really bad drivers around here.

I haven't been up there in a lot of years and don't plan on it anytime soon. My comfort zone is pretty rural anymore.

 

Seeing how driving is about 50% of my job, there’s not much that surprises me.

About 6:30 in the morning there is a group of us traveling north bound on a four lane highway with traffic lights, we’re all doing 60mph rollin up to a green light when I noticed there is a line of 6 vehicles turning left from the cross street. They are turning left across four lanes of traffic to head south bound. There were no roll offs needed
