    It was pretty effective. We got some sweet potato based one I believe. I think we also shot some water down there. Once that “primed” everything, he was more apt to eat and drink enticing food. But yeah, steamed white rice and boiled chicken. They love it and it’s bland as hell, so good for an upset tummy.
