I have heard of them not sure just how many brands might be made in the same factory .

Not having the need myself it is only second or third hand stories.

Sensors leaking not holding up real well to any but the smoothest roads.

How does the system Toyota uses compare price wise ??

TPMS is more trouble than it's worth. Takes 60 seconds to test the pressure using an inexpensive handheld digital pressure gauge and it can be done while you wait for the truck to refuel.

The external version looks like a tire leak nightmare.

The factory ones for the family Honda Odyssey and CRV as a pain in the neck (or just a bit further down the spinal column). Always giving errors, or just not working.

I got a kit off Amazon for 60.00 some dollars.

It’s as simple as they come. Wireless and you have all the info right there.

My sensors were off one pound compared to the discount tire air gauge.

    That’s good enough for me.

Maybe disconnect tires gauge was wrong haha.

Has been a month or more zero issues.

Has an alarm you can set if the tire pressure goes below a certain pressure for each tire.
Also an alarm for temperature to if they get to hot.

The head unit fits perfectly in the cig lighter and tilts up if you want.

No one is going to steal the tire sensor! Too many different companies, no one would buy them anyways cuz no one would need them.

    Very happy with mine

Holy sheeeeeiiiiiitttt that thing really works?? It's powered solely off the 12V cig lighter?? Thanks for sharing man. I wouldn't have expected that to be a decent option, I'm glad it is though. Options are always good. Looks pretty damn slick

It totally does and shocked me too.

You just install the batteries in each sensor and then screw them on the valve stem.
Each sensor has its own tire location

They activate at 5 miles an hour so you don’t have battery drain.

Will see how they do in time and you know I put 3000 miles a month so I will test it out.

His follow up video with a different system is better. The ARB one could have been defective.

Oh I assumed you were being funny when you posted his review!
I clicked the link and it took me right to where he's going off on it and the 'threshold' part so I was laughing about it. Not at him, just with him;):D
And I think I've actually seen vids in past of other reviews he's done and he was actually pretty normal and cool.
