    Just got done with my afternoon PT session

    Walked 1480 steps and 5 minutes on a recumbent bike . Right now icing my knee and looking forward to a nice greasy cheeseburger in an hour or so !!!!

    Replaced a small sidewall ventilation exhaust fan today. Twenty seven degrees when I got started this am, thankful for my flannel lined jeans my Amanda bought me last Christmas. Removed antique fan, build frame and tapconed to stone wall. Sure was a treat to drill limestone. Will trim excess foam sealer and finish caulking this week. Last job of the year!

    good evening all. coming back from the mtns. passed like 8 or more Tacos all modded out with racks,little off road trailers,and them tents on top of the racks.all were Toyotas. must of been a meet or something goin to trail ride and camp.
