Nope, no gaps at all. They even came with foam washers to seal the bolts.

The irony runs thick here. The same people that say shit about a $150 install on two pieces of metal are blowing their wads on $5000+ aftermarket rims, tires and suspension just for looks.

That's good. I saw the foam washers on the website. Did you use some silicone as well? Think that's a good option to reduce chances of water getting in.

Nope, didn't use any silicone. Don't like the stuff. Impossible to get to look unghetto. I think it will be just fine like it is. i can always pull them off and check. There's only 3 bolts holding each one on.

Thought there was more than 3 on each side. Was thinking 5 or so. Maybe it's just that brand. I'll look at it again. Thanks

There are 4 more that hold a bracket at the front of each rail so yea, there are 5 each side, 10 total. 6 hold the rail to the roof and 4 hold the brackets.

Nope, rack and cross bars. The cross bars swing out and across to the opposite rack and can be swung back parallel to the rack rails when not needed. I intend to keep mine as they are in the pic.

Ok. Saw 14 in the picture so thought more were used to hold it down. Guess some are for the cross bars. Thanks again

I was responding to another post and that link just looked like the cross bars. Plus that was the description given.
