Out here in the Bay Area I see way more 1st gens than 2nd. I have only seen like 4 black DCs like mine and only one was a limited. TONS of greys whites golds and reds all SR5s. The 2nd gens I do see are a lot of the Sport model w/hoodscoop and mostly that bright blue one. Another thing I noticed is nobody mods around here save for rims and tires. We don't have many places here to offroad like you guys in the great South do. I have only seen one lifted Tacoma here!

I see more Tacomas than I see raindrops when it rains. Mostly 2nd gens, but I do see 1st gens too.

I see to many 1st and 2nd gen. A lot of them are just plain.:puke:Or they are being used as work trucks. One of the reasons I'm modding mine.

I'll count next time I go out. There are 3 2nd Gen in my subdivision (plus a few that visit), plus 2 1st gen taco's and one old style tundra. I did see at least 5 while out and about today - I always look to see if any are modded - haven't seen any modded Taco's yet. I do see alot of 1st gen around as well.

I see a ton of Tacomas every day here in Austin, TX, but I have only seen ONE other X-Runner (besides mine). Trying to find those is a real game! :D

^Yeah, I drove up to NJ in June and saw MANY. I think they make a good family vehicle for someone who doesn't want a minivan. An SUV would fit the bill but too many of them get horrible gas mileage. Sometimes I wish I had gotten a 4Runner instead, though.
