That is the part # I have for the 2020 grille but I believe you also need the garnish. OEM, if you prefer that, is where they really get you with that piece. About $300 for that little piece alone. I know a lot of guys get them off eBay. Not sure how those differ from the OEM part.

I had no idea Toyota had upped the price on the garnish so much. It used to be the cheap part. Likely did it to discourage sales.

    Interesting.

Yeah man. That’s exactly what the parts guy at my local dealer told me. Requiring a VIN# and charging $300-$400 for the garnish. Yikes.

Jeff do you know if the part number for the garnish changed for the 2020, or is it the same part as the previous years?

The 2020 TRD PRO headlights really $1200 only? How come the 17-19 are $2500+ ?

Hmmm. . . To Retro current lights or buy the 2020s for $1200.-

    Decisions, decisions.

If only I could get MESO side markers on the 2020 lights.

Well tried to get the 2020 bed lights and still as of today they are not available. What I don’t understand is another Tacoma on the dealer lot had them installed. And it was a 2020. I want those lights

Anyone have a part # or know of the availability of a right (passenger) side mirror? Housing got torn off but electronics and camera work fine. Thanks

Most likely because stock has been supplied for port installations before making it available for dealer installations.

That said, it appears the part number (PT857-35200) has a stop sales code applied to it in Canada now, so even though stock is showing, dealers cannot yet order the kit.

87910-04250 - Mirror, RH (Includes electronics and camera, but not painted cover)
87915-04070-C2 - Cover, Mirror RH (Paint code 218 - Attitude Black)

PTR60-35160 is replaced by PTR60-35190. I believe the only difference is the 35190 has red TRD letters.

My guess, the 2020 headlamps are not serviceable if a failure happens. It would be ridiculous if a headlamp cost $999 ea.

Hey Jeff any idea on the availability of these? What kind of lugs does the 2020 Pro use and would they work on SEMA wheels? Thanks in advance.

PT276-35200-02 - Wheel Locks, Black, Set of 4

The wheel locks are readily available, but the lug nuts are not yet available.

They are the same style lug nuts as the factory alloy wheels (shank with a flat washer), just black instead of chrome.

    Jeff,

Is the 2020 pro grille available for purchase in Canada yet or is there a sales lock?

Also just looking to confirm PT228-35200-AA is the 2020 grille that will have a holding point for the front camera? Looking to swap grille onto a 2020 off road but want to keep the functionality of the multi terrain monitor.

It is loaded, but can only be ordered with a 2020 TRD Pro VIN.

Also, note that the camera mounts differently in the TRD Pro grille than in the non-Pro. 867B0-04030 is the Pro camera, 86799-04020 is the wiring harness (which is also different).

Thanks. I was wondering about that. That camera adds another $400 on top of the already high OEM prices. And I notice the camera mounts above the TOYOTA logo on the PRO so it ends up mounted several inches higher than it would be on any non-PRO. Even if one could find a way to mount the non-PRO OEM camera in the TRD Pro grille, I wonder what effect that would have on the onscreen guides in the pano/mtm camera?

I was considering ordering a TRD PRO grille using a friend's VIN but after looking at these complications I've decided to pass. Maybe if a knock-off grille comes out that keeps the camera position below the TOYOTA logo and allows for mounting the non-PRO OEM camera I'll consider that. I always prefer OEM, but it's just not worth the cost in this case IMHO. If one wants to go purely OEM.....Grille=$200, Garnish=$285, Camera=$405, Harness=$35.
