Depends what insurance you have, USAA covers it under their standard plans.

Even my RC 5-lug has a side airbag shutoff switch! Who thinks this will be totaled? I honestly think it's fixable, and that the insurance company will pay to fix it!

 

It's not totaled.... may 20 -22k in damage. A pillar and B pillar are not crushed.

 

Fudge, fudge fudge, I just wanted to sprinkle a bit more pixie dust on this hilarious but slightly tragic thread; at least the kid had sense enough not to traumatize his ride with a snorkel... No replacement needed, great success!

$20-22K?!?! The airbags are probably like $4-5K. How much body damage did it sustain?
