got the same exhaust. Sounds great and can feel a bit more of a boost with the more airflow.

 

Installed Rigid d series pods on my A-pillar, added an old school decal, loving it so far.

well.... I did a thing this weekend. New TRD Pro grille and LEER 100xr

 

I made this mistake. Lots of masking tape to protect the paint from scratching. Its tight, but I managed without breaking anything.

I thought Borla made the TRD exhaust??? And therefore they sound very similar do they not?

 

Has anyone had any luck going to scrap-yards, lookin’ for Tacoma parts? Say like a grille they want, or replacement sensors or lights?

Ive heard them side by side and they are different for sure. Trd is a bit more subtle.

I also have the k&n typhoon intake. THAT is a game changer lol. Maybe its my "inner tuner fan boy" coming out but i love the sound. Throaty as hell at anything over 1/3 throttle and once it crosses over 3000 rpm it screams!

Most people don't like chrome these days. Shiny paint will be the next to go.

 

Was it dipped/painted or powder? Almost didn’t realize these were the t4r or wheels it’s so dark. How much did you get the wheels for?

I bought some dark bronze dip for my stock wheels but then found a set of the t4r wheels for 350 so I’ll do them in the dark bronze instead
