Understood. I totally get that opinion man, I do. I like doing things the right way out of my choice not because I'm forced to by the state. But most folks prolly don't think of things that way and thus all the laws. I get it, it bugs me, but I get it.

I'll be 4x4 swapped though before the trip, but still on 32's.

We'll of course run trails in smaller groups based on comfort/experience level, as long as we all get back together at base camp to cuddle at night

I'm with you. Ideally everyone would just self regulate and we'd all be fine. But the FCC looked at the flaming dumpster fire that was the CB band back when and decided that wasn't EVER gonna happen again.

 

Had just asked about comms in the event that I need to go with CB at all.

I drug my truck all over moab with 31s and sliders, there is plenty to do and see

 

You can at least do Fins and Things in a stock truck. @RyanL did it like right after he bought his.

 

Sliders were another thing I wanted to get done before Moab and so I'm glad I got them done last month.
