Lifting this Saturday, anything I'm missing?

    I'm lifting my truck 3" this Saturday and want to double check and make sure I have everything I need.

    -icon extended travel coilovers
    -walker evans 2.0 rear shocks
    -wheelers tsb AAL with centering pins
    -all pro u-bolt flip kit
    -beefed taco's cb drop kit
    -diff drop kit
    -stock bump stops fitted to the all pro flip kit

    I know I don't have ucas but I plan to add them next month when I get some more money I can put towards my taco. Anything else I'm missing?

    I think you're gonna have to do some fabbing to mount your stock rear bump stop on that shackle reverse. Do you have everything you need to tack-weld it?

    This isn't a mod I've done, so I can't be more specific, sorry.

    I also have a buddy, whose a welder and machinist, with a lift which should really help :yay:

    All you need to do is drill and tap a couple holes to do this, very easily done

    forget the diff drop, it does nothing for you and is a pain in the ass to install. Other than that you look like you're ready to go.

    I installed it with my toytec co's and it barely corrected the cv angles...in my opinion, it's not worth the hassle

    from what I've read it's only a one ince drop and that only moves the CV .5*

    No there really isn't any alternative. But you won't need it, I had my truck lifted over 3" in the front and my CV angles were hardly affected. There is a thread on here where someone lifted their truck and then took pics and then bought the diff drop and took pics again and there was hardly any difference. I'll see if I can find it.:D

    I drive about 3kmi a month, i deffinately don't want my CVs wearing out faster than expected

    They won't, I have to correct myself though. I found a quote by Chris4x4 about the diff drops and it's still only a 1" drop that moves the CV down by 1/2" which is a 3* change. Still not enough to help the angles, but if you want to install it, by all means you should. It's not going to hurt anything, I'm just trying to save you some time and effort.

    I have the front and rear Bilstein 5100's already. I am getting the TSB done next week. So what would be my safest, and best to really get the full 3 inches up front. Should I get the Eibech's? Which I hear if you get the top spacer assembly it will give you the full 3 inches. In the back I plan on doing a 1 1/2 inch AAL from Toytec. Will I need the shims for the rear? The carriage bolt assembly? Please help I really want to do this right. And does anyone else have the Billie's and Eibech's up front with the top plate spacer, and have any alignment issues? Thanks for your time.

    I'm telling you dude, guys lift their trucks a lot on here and have very little problems with their CV's...not trying to be a jerk, but I think you are worrying too much about it. You'll be just fine :thumbsup:
