plasmaglow bulbs any good?

    black rims, blacked out grille, blacked out exhaust tip, 5100's 1.75" with 2" rear block, pioneer head unit
    I'm looking at these plasmaglow xenon blue headlight/fog light bulbs for my tacoma. Theyre 24.95 a pair and that seemed a little cheap to me. They are 38% off though so thatmight be why. The last headlight bulbs i bought were Hellas and they were $50 a pair so i was just wondering.

    looks like a tinted blue bulb to me.

    Pretty much stock
    LOL...meaning no obvious qualities over a regular bulb...other than a color change.

    It still has a filament, so its not xenon and does not have any "gas" in the bulb.
