Its a 2006 Gary Fisher Utopia. It is a “29er” in that it has 29” wheels. It came with 700x42 tires but it has room to run a narrower 29” tire, which it looks like someone might have swapped on. It has basically the same geometry of the true mountain bikes of the day but it wasnt considered a true mountain bike. It has a more upright seating position.

On closer inspection the tires might be OK. Very much ready to pick up and ride with a little love to make sure everything is still lined up 100%.
