Yah it’s a great price but that little coupon box will get the best of folks.

Is there any risk if it not happening if some folks bail? Just curious.

    S/C Crank Insert, PAID.

To be completely transparent, I would have entered a code since they just sent out a 20% discount code yesterday. I'm glad I waited and read your note. :anonymous:

Not sure on the payment process, I don't have pay pal and would need to use alternate payment. I could send a check. Please message me, sorry many people may ask to do the same or not. Kinda old school.

I'm a little old school as well honestly. I posted several pages back regarding how to pay, please refer to page 1 for that link, input your CC info and all your personal info so they can ship it out to you when the batch is completed. They will send you a confirmation email confirming the payment and then you wait for the goodies to come in, which should all be done by the end of next month. :)

I scrolled down and went to the link, at first you were going with pay pal. Now you have a link, that a charge card can be used. Didn't want to miss out on the hard work you put into this design. Thanks for setting this all up.

Now I need to order the double bearing, tensioner and new belt. Would that cover all I need to incorporate this upgrade?

You don't necessarily need that part of the whole deal to get rolling. The tensioner and double roller is an upgrade is all.

Would the belt lenght change? What type of belt and length would you recommend? What special tools are needed to install the three replacement parts to include the sc crank pulley. Thanks

The belt size is purely dependent on the supercharger snout pulley size you are currently running.

There are no special tools required foe these pulley changes. Standard tools work just fine, but may take you longer to complete the job over something like a compact 1/2 impact gun like the one I use to zap off the 24mm crank pulley bolt without removing the fan or the fan shroud.

The only special tool you could use would be a crank holding tool in order to reassemble the new pulley set. The torque is around 205-215 ft/lbs, can’t remember exactly but over 200. I could never hold the crank enough to put that much torque on it. I eventually just ran it in with my 1/2” impact and called it good. I may get the tool this time.

That many ft lbs of torque is stupid for a pulley which uses a guided keyway to keep it in place. I take Toyotas torque spec guide with a grain of salt, because after all, these are the same morons who call for 30 ft lbs torque spec on their rear leaf spring u bolt nuts.

Around 125 - 150 ft lbs is plenty depending on your compressor air pressure strength.

Don’t even get me started on that leaf spring torque ordeal. I had them replaced due to a recall. Went to re-torque a few days later only to find them loose.

I take ^that with a grain of salt lol. They had a type that listed U bolt torque as 37 instead of 73. But I'm gonna go ahead and stick with what they suggest as crank Torque and not have my shit fly off during a hard pull. Kthanx.

Way easier to crawl under my truck once a month and check u bolt torque than try to get a torque wrench on the crank bolt lol

I mean, guys. First of all, U bolts are gonna stretch. Install them new, torque to whatever spec someone gives you, drive for a week, they'll be loose when you check again.
