Sundown Audio 100.4 and 1500D, Pioneer 880PRS, Zapco Refernece 6.5" comps, 2 10" Image Dynamics IDQ, 200ft of Second Skin deadener, Kicker wire
I have used three different decks in mind. The Pionner 800PRS and 880PRS, they both work with no issues. The third one was the Eclipse CD7200MKII and it would NOT work, the door could not open far enough. With that be careful.

Thats the same deck I got. It's the eclipse AVN6620. Good deck, lacks some of the graphic interfaces on other decks though.

Not much yet, got a pretty good sound system w/ my custom sub box. Plan on adding more lights & a tool box.
My Pioneer DEH-P2600 fits fine. Yeah it's an older unit, but no problems. The face is a little over .5" thick and the volume knob pushes in pretty flush with the face. Mine is the scoshi. I'm guessing that you removed the little spacer so the unit is furthur out?
