Although it is for the 2nd gen. It looks like it leads into the cabin? ED1 or ED2

From the plug it goes down and follows the top of the frame rail towards the rear. Maybe you tucked it up there.

Y'all are some brilliant human beings lol. Thank you so much.

Although, inverter for what? Like a dc to a.c. inverter? There is nothing on the frame rail in terms of wire and nothing on the frame rail under the door in terms of black box. Either I side or outside the frame rail.

Pics. Also added a little treat of a vehicle you don't see everyday. Not mine but I see it enough that I forget people get a kick out of seeing them.

Unrelated but has anyone else had trouble installing the vacuum pump that goes from the brake booster to the pump which goes into the upper part of the head and mates up to the cam? I can get it in but it won't sit flush.

It converts dc power to ac power for the plug in the bed.

Do you have one of these in the bed? Only thing I can think of that would use an inverter...I have no idea what that connector runs.

Gotcha. Well this one is an sr5. I don't see a plug in the bed. Oh well....

Anyone have tips for the vacuum pump install. I can get it in but won't sit flush. I think I aligned the teeth correctly so it sits in the cam correctly but I swear I can get it to sit flush with the block.

No connectors in the bed. It's an sr5 for sure. I'll verify with my buddy and just give him shit for it. This ended up be8ng more frustrating of a swap than I expected but y'all are fucking awesome.

After the vacuum pump she should theoretically turn on. If it blows up I'm just gonna set it on fire and tell him to call his insurance.

We are from houston. 5 million people people more or less. I could probably throw a rock in any direction and hit a jerk. Then again hitting someone with a rock is a good way to make enemies.

What the hell that piston looks like it’s been sitting outside for years and what’s in the intake. My uneducated guess is bleach in the gas tank and some dead rats in the intake by your buddy’s ex gf.
