They won't, only reason we're getting a 401k set up through them is because CA made it mandatory for certain sized companies to offer them to employees starting in 2020. But not mandatory for them to contribute

 

No, It's the main fuel line connecting to the top of the tank which goes to the fuel pump. Some are M14 inverted flare connectors and others which I've never seen are a type of quick disconnect.

Roth IRA can lower the amount you pay in taxes IF the future tax rate is higher than it is now.

 

IS300 is one of the coolest cars ever mass produced. The price point on them now is so low, you get SO much car for the type of low money they sell for. Similar to any of the Lexus of that vintage I guess. Such a high quality vehicle.
