I took the rack off until i can get a few days of good weather to better secure it on the roof.

just need good weather to drill the riv-nuts out and switch to nuts, bolts, washers and to reseal the roof. The riv-nuts aren't holding under the torque of the bolts.

 

Glad you're home and recovering. You'll be back in the shop in no time. For now, though, stay off of the knee and get a proper recovery in. Let me know if you need me to come cook you a brisket or something .

Glad you’re back home and things went well. Make sure you do what the doc says no matter how you think you know better. Also double check the orders if they send a physical therapist out to you, they don’t always pay close attention. Close friend had to ask one if they actually knew how to read when they started on him after shoulder surgery.

Relax, enjoy the time with the Mrs and the dogs and get well soon. I’m not close but if there is anything I can do let me know.

 

Mine has been in the slow cooker for 4 hours now. As dinner gets closer I’ll thicken it up some. Then before I eat it will add some hot sauce to mine.

 

Did they give you a list of exercises? I was told I could have a beer after I did my exercises. The instructions said to do the exercises 3 times a day...I did my exercises 6 times a day.

Hint:I Coors 24 ouncer fits in the cooler along with the ice water circulating around your leg. When the water starts to feel warm on your leg, it's time to add more ice and drink the beer.

The above only applies if you are not on blood thinners. I got lucky and didn't need them.
