17 Pro with 32k miles. Bolsters have a bit of wear from sliding in and out, but not bad at all. Would prefer a quality cloth seat still.

If it was me, and the vehicle I wanted I'd buy it. You can always put classio or Katskins leather or even go to an upholstery shop and get cloth.
    But that's just me.

    Cheers!

If you don’t get the Pro in leather, you can always get front leather Clazzios for less than $400

Toyota leather has always not been the best. My neighbors pro is a sweet ride, seats look great, but I think my heated leather Clazzios feel more comfortable and way more durable.

I have leather and have had no issues, I do have a cover on the seat bottom for extra protection.

    Hi There,

Mine seem to be holding out really well. They are a lot of work, I spend time putting leather conditioner on them. If I had any complaints, it would be the smooth parts, like the rear center seat space can scratch really easy. I avoid putting any hard metal objects with right angles on the seats. Instead it goes in the back or fold down the seats or cover them. I’m probably a little over safe with them, but I just want them to look like new for has long has I can. Here is a screen shot, the white blurs are dust in the air and not on the seats.

Clazzios are so much nicer. The leather in the PRO looks and feels cheap.

The leather is holding up well for me. I do use my Carhartt seat covers 95% of the time tho.

Thanks for the feedback. The leather seats are one feature I fell in love with looking at pictures of the TRD Pro. So I’m trying hard to keep them like new.

The truck has about 30k for files, is a late 2017 version. I use Maguiars Gold class Leather conditioner. One nice side affect to it, is it seems to give that new car smell back. Hehehe

Except for my beautiful Unicorn! (As I've said too many times in TW, it's the real reason I bought my 2017 Pro)

OP: I'm a big fucker @ 6'2" 275#, and I'm happy with the wear after 4K miles. I don't "condition" shit, and I rarely even wipe off my seats (I've been mocked in here for my poor seat hygiene, but hey, I've never had an @Itchyfeet situation). I don't try to baby the bolster when I get in and out, and that shows I guess, though the seat still feels solid

I'm 6 ft 270 and with 17k miles my Clazzios have held up amazing and I clean my truck every Saturday and I use a nice leather cleaner and conditioner monthly. I get in and don't worry about it. Seats look like new money!!! Oh and I have two little girls that are in the back seat daily.IMG_20190219_215912580.jpg IMG_20190219_215900261.jpg

Yup big reason I went 2018 over 2019 was for the extra headroom in my Pro without the sunroof. Great call on the manual by the way.

I'd rather to smell the leather in a new car. That's hard-core.

Only the side bolsters are actually leather. Seat material for Premium package is same as Pro. Mine has held up nicely over 18 months 17,000 miles.

    I ordered some CoverKing neoprene seat covers for my Pro;

“CR-Grade is a expensive rubber material that is often used in high-end surfing wetsuits. Many retailers are misrepresenting their so called neoprene seat covers and actually selling a cheaper product for nearly the same cost as our CR Grade Neoprene seat covers. The facts are that many seat covers are being sold under a variety of terms such as "Snugfit", "Neoprene", "Wetsuit" and "Waterproof". However, in many instances these seat covers do not utilize any "CR-Grade" Neoprene at all!

The fact is, many so called "waterproof" or "neoprene" seat covers are actually made from a fabric called "neotex" or “neosupreme” which is used in some, or all the panels of their seat covers. These type of seat covers are not CR-Grade Neoprene. CR-Grade Neoprene seat covers have a expensive CR-Grade Neoprene inner layer with an outer layer top fabric. This CR-Neoprene inner layer is not seen when the seat covers are installed and affords the most waterproof protection available.

Many retailers who are actually selling lower grade neotex or neosupreme seat covers as CR-Grade Neoprene despite the fact that their seat covers do not use any CR-Grade Neoprene in the seat cover.”
