Mine is sitting in the garage. A milled replacement would be awesome!

We did take a look at that. The block is no big deal but I believe it was said that the seats for the fittings are pressed in brass. Given the thin walls and features for it, it would be pretty hard and expensive to do on a small scale.

Do take a look though. I no long have mine as it was sent out for evaluation.

I’m thinking this should be easy given the design of the factory piece. If nothing else it’s just a fancy shaped union that bolts right up to the factory location and accepts the factory lines with no modification.

Yes. The block itself is dead simple. I was surprised by the feedback also. The female threaded ends in the accumulator are pressed in brass. This was the tricky part of it and what made it not worth pursuing.

Note that there were leak issues for some ADM folks, so it is a highly detailed area that is unfortunately not quick or easy.

I am not telling you to stop or anything like that. Just giving you a warning that it we went down this path a while ago.

I was thinking about just machining the threads and flare directly into the block itself (similar to how the slave cylinder would be, for example).

I’m a mechanical engineer by career and willing and certain to come up with a solution. :D

That was my assumption when I first had it apart and in my hands.

I'm an aero that OJT'ed into a mechanical engineer, certification, QMS, IT, teamster at times, and a generally useless laborer.

Here are a couple pics of the accumulator ports. I'm a CNC Programmer/machinist and personally I don't think its worth the hassle over the hardline option. It would need to be made as three pieces and have the brass cone/seats pressed in after the main body is machined/ tapped to depth.

Don't forget that dremel-ing the accumulator does work for this also.

Whatever it takes to eliminate the effect. Today, I let off the clutch a bit too quickly pulling out and heard a chirp. It made me smile thinking that the accumulator was not there messing with me.

I’ve had to learn to drive reasonably again now that the snow is flying. Between the tune and ADM, my truck likes to go

Haven't had that on launch unexpectantly, but got two chirps on downshift from 6-3 then 3-2 hard braking for a wild turkey.

    Gotta protect the grill eh

That thoughts of snow have me thinking it is too soon, but I do want to play with the new tires. We typically see it in the low lands after the new year unless it is an unusual year.
