it really doesn’t take much space, but it’s very easy to go down the rabbit hole quickly. I’m sure the other Homebrewer’s in here would agree that it’s easy to make beer but it can be significantly harder to make drinkable beer. It sure is a lot of fun though.

Not really. I just ask for somewhat competent service. Somethings wrong with your service if you can't remember an order literally 2 seconds after hearing it.

Meh. I guess I like these flavors with more sweetness. The one from Bruery and this one are on the drier side. Still decent but not worth the price I paid.

That's something that I've been wanting to try. Surprised on how varied the cost of juice is.

I really like the brewery and their beers. They’re one of the very few breweries that does lagers and Pilsners and always has them on tap. And they do them really fucking well too. Their customer service is just the absolute worst though. Which is sad because one of the managers (I think she is) is a cicerone and really involved in the beer community but my god she is the worst server. Only time I have a good time there is when one of my friends who’s a manager is there.

Every time I drink a good lager, I can’t figure out why I haven’t brewed one yet. I think I am going to brew a Dark Mild either tomorrow or Friday for a Christmas party and then I think I am going to do a couple lagers.
