All dressed up with nowhere to go. Got out to meet @PyritePirateBill at his shop to swap in the ECGS bushing, got situated on the lift ... and then realized I brought everything with me except my lugnut key. :annoyed:

Whoops. I'll be doing this at ECGS right after Thanksgiving. Their price is too good to pass.

Lol I'll be back out there tomorrow night. Traffic on 28 coming home was just tons of fun.

 I was only messing around.

That's how it is up here when it gets bad though. Normally it's about 50min to commute but when there's a traffic incident or bad weather it sux. Our worst to date is 2.5 hours. And it was the same way coming home.

Then there's those really really bad commutes :anonymous:

Sorry for being so absent B! I was preoccupied some.

Koons Easton Salesman of the Year, @Fire Arrow Jim's Son, Danny Melby!

Between him and the finance guy Loren, it was the absolute best vehicle buying experience, and this is the 15th new vehicle since 93'. Without too much financial talk, I'm paying less per month now including the Gap Insurance (look it up, it's a thing) and the Toyota Platinum Warranty 10yr/100k! I had the gap before but just the basic warranty. Everyone say it with me....

    Holy Shit Batman!

Now maybe I can finally get some rest. Sooooo much needed this aspect to get past the accident and this is really going to help do that. Just driving it home already made me feel a lot more whole.

    Sweet ride @RobP62
Koons Easton is where I bought my 2014 new. Quickest vehicle purchase I had ever made.
    Great dealership.
Yeah, it looks like recovery is going well!
    Congrats!

Thank you Bill! I agree 100%. Now of course my salesman was another members son so I had that going for it but we all know the real delays come during financing. Since I applied for the Toyota Financial credit online, that part was good to go. The salesman had all the legal paperwork done, and just needed our signatures. Finance had the registration and title work done since I was just transferring my tags from the 17'. The signing of all the paperwork for the contract is all electronically done. All we left with was a paper registration card, a free very cool hat, and a thumb drive.

The thumb drive eliminates the need for a folder. Saves a couple trees too. I like that.

I even had them call in the GM and financial manager in to let them know personally that we drove two hours past umpteen Toy dealerships to do the deal and how grateful, satisfied and happy we were with every aspect.

That's easy as hell when it's true!
