I'll post some of the interior when I can. None of the windows were tinted.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I have a 17 SR5 and from these picts it is hard to tell -- If it is a SR -it HAS been modified. Looks to me like you have fogs??
The VIIN # will tell the tale, as others have said.

Yes, I've had it for a while and I've modded it a bit myself, but no fogs still.

I wonder if they'd do anything because of how long you've had it.

It’s a sick looking truck, I wouldn’t be too worried. What all was on it aftermarket when you bought it?

Dude same thing happened with me. Bought a used 2018 SR5 4x4, no fog lights & no keyless entry, after having it for a couple weeks I was sure I was misled on the sell and that it was an SR. I looked up the VIN on toyota and sure enough its an SR5.

Still unsure if the previous owner lost the key fob or if I have to purchase additional items to get the keyless entry going or if its even possible? haha

Nothing. It was complete stock, thank you. I'm not I love the truck but if they sold it to me for more than I should have something given back.

Truck looks really good though ahah but like it's been stated..you may have been misled. Definitely send interior pics when you get a chance. Curious to see where this goes lol

Well pics before you modded the hell out of it would've helped lol. Way too modded on the outside to tell. Really need interior pictures to tell. Especially the steering wheel, and wiper stalk. In 2018 they changed the speedo in the SR to match the SR5

Check the VIN to confirm what you have, but from the pics it looks like an SR. A lot of people one here have added SR5 features like cruise control, intermittent wipers, fogs and some have even changed out the dash cluster to their SR. Hope it hasn't been too long since you got it and you can some money back for misleading you into thinking you got something that it really wasn't. BTW - truck looks nice.

That's exactly why you have them - and why you also (I'm guessing) have the 16" black wheels, blacked out, back window tint, keyless entry, cruise control, but still no damn intermittent wipers. I got a 2019 with the SX package, off the top of my head those were the extra perks of it.

Your license plate tells me you your VIN ends with 124854. If so, sorry to say but I think yours is SR. that's false advertising, if it was advertised as SR5, especially if it was a Toyota dealer selling as certified. Fight and have them take it back or compensate you. Hope you still have the ad or something that shows they advertised as SR5.

Huh, it's so weird. You can get keyless it's just expensive from Toyota, after market would be cheaper

Any suggestions? Done a little bit of research and the Viper Keyless Entry systems seem to be pretty common

If it was equippped with keyless entry, I would buy a blank OEM one off of e-bay/Amazon and ask a dealer to program it, but shop around since price varies. Also, I heard there are places other than dealer that can program.

Edit: Viper also adds a security system, an added feature that Toyota keyless system doesn't have.
