The price isn't that surprising, considering a normal habitat otherwise just has an aluminum shell attached. It's no secret that the upper portion makes up the largest part of the price. But I agree with a hardshell rtt I'd go a different route also, probably a wedge.

Anyone hear back from AT regarding the fix for the cracking corners? I remember Martin or Mario popped in here saying they would have a fix ready within a couple weeks and I think that was a few months ago but I haven't reached out to them yet.

This may have been covered before, but what are you guys using to seal the camper/bed?

I believe the bed caps have to be removed. Just looking for ideas!

I called them last week about this and they said that the braces are being produced so maybe give them a call in a week or two and see if they can send you some.

    Hey guys,

I currently have the thicker OD green Nemo tent. Does anyone have experience with both the older and newer tents? Pros/Cons? Any regrets converting to the newer tent?

I’ve got just shy of 20k on mine that I picked up in May... it’s only used for trips. Been out west like 4-5 times this year.

Front lower corners near cab are cracking on alot of habitats.

See post #1680 in this thread for when I first posted this picture, and there are a few others that followed.

Hmm, I should check mine. I've noticed the habitat a bit bouncy recently when jumping over stuff.

I’ve had both, now on the lighter gray one. What are your concerns.

From some folks I've heard, the light gray one is significantly easier to close. Don't need a bar clamp, don't need to climb up on top of the roof to close it.

    Thanks for sharing!

I do use the clamp but unless it is around or below freezing, i dont have any issues packing up. Any other major pros other than that?

I've heard anecdotally that it's less likely to leak as well since it's seam sealed from the factory.
