And things have not changed much...

This is me, aged 28, in a 1985 K5 Blazer at a show in June 2017!

I remember when I was a kid my Dad had a big shoebox full of tubes and would always have the back cover of the TV off so he could swap them around. Had the big antenna up on the roof and you would turn the wheel on the box to get a better TV signal. Was probably about 13 when we got cable and I had a 13" black & white TV that I would watch the 3 stooges on before school.[/QUOTE]Dude, you just pretty repeated my entire post; Check your quotations...

Last time that happened, I refreshed the page and found out I'd been banned from TW for three days...

Never heard of that brand, but there two great companies called Modine and Reznor that make those heaters...

I just grabbed a stock photo off the net, haven't researched any brands yet, was thinking I want something like that just in case I need to do anything in the garage during the winter months.

Get a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim so you'll have both heat and A/C in your garage; Approximately $3,500 installed if I remember correctly.

That would be awesome but way out of my price range, almost thought about asking the Furnace guy to take this old house furnace and move it to the garage but that small electric one seems like it would be the easiest choice. I started putting some oscillating fans up in there this year and the moving air felt ok on hot days.

I have noticed if I open one of the garage doors down on the end and then one up at the front that quite a bit of air rushes thru, kinda curious how that will help in the Summer.

Almost 10 years ago, the 1986 Carrier “Round One” air-conditioner at my dermatologist’s office shit the bed after 24 years of trouble-free service. Knowing of my above-average knowledge of HVAC, he asked my opinion on what system to get. I recommended either another Carrier or a Trane, and he bought a Trane XR15. The XB-series is Trane’s basic/builder-grade line, the XR-series is the mid-grade lineup, and the XL-series is the top-of-the-lone.

Almost 10 years later, the XR15 still works perfectly! I took this picture yesterday after my appointment...

    FBD50BB7-3A0E-4FDA-9EDD-638744403E5D.jpg

By the way, the doctor’s office is in a former 1-story house that was rezoned commercial years ago. The place has oil baseboard heat (doctor wants to convert to natural gas), and did it not originally have central air. It is believed the 1986 Carrier was the very first central A/C system installed in this house. The indoor part (air handler) of the A/C is located in the attic, and the oil boiler is in the basement. My doctor’s XR15 is a straight-cool A/C and NOT heat pump. My doctor let me film the XR15 for my YouTube channel not long after it was installed and it’s still floating around somewhere...

It comes from my love of Muscle Cars, there have been Factory Shaker's on Mustangs but not the Fox, however there was one available thru the aftermarket years ago.
