No thanks. I'll go up the pass and find some if I need a fix.

I am president of the Ti club for men (member as well).

The roadblocks that were reached when I looked at it were two things.

    - Do not own tool/cutter grinder that I can make custom bits with. Almost pulled the trigger a few times, even did but had to cancel the transaction due to ridiculous freight charges. I also got quotes to have the form tools made, and you're looking at $400 a pop. Hard to justify that cost unless you are guaranteed a decent production run.

    - Need a machine with enough mass to drive the form tool free of chatter. I wouldn't even trust a standard size knee mill for this, honestly.

That was enough for me to turn down the job, so if you can solve those issues have at it!

I dare say the rpm was above 1500.

This was dry. Right after a little rain, well the tire tune up is pretty easy. I wouldn't even say traction was terrible.

I bet I was not at 6K, but don't want to test that theory again.

Do eeetttt! Treat it like a two stroke, these motors operate at their peek up there. Just halve the recommended fluid change intervals if you do it frequently...you know, for peace of mind

This is what worked for my 2013. It looked like the accumulator lines were perfect to just use the OEM "elbow". I made a quick bracket out of 3/16 flat stock and welded the elbow to it to use one of the accumulator's mounting bolts. I haven't driven it yet but will report back.

Thanks @tonered, for answering some questions I had.

    Mostly stuff I built.

Basically the same thing I did with mine but mine came from my junk drawer instead of the parts counter.
