I miss my 83, straight front axle, single cab, longbed. It was stolen from right in front of my house. 385,000 miles on it.

yeah but the 1600 was mostly because this is also an entire body harness too, not just wiring for the engine

Get the Holley terminator, comes with the ecu, touchscreen dash and engine harness for $1k. It’s what I’m going to run in the El Camino.

i would, but I have too much money into the wiring for the 3rz. I really dont want a V8 in the 80 right now to be honest, im perfectly content with the 3rz as its already made for a vehicle that weighs more than what it is. I just want this damn thing driving already haha. im going to pick up my replacement 3rz today, so all i gotta do is move some accessories over and drop it in

the tacoma on the other hand, possibilites are endless lol, im thinking a T56 Magnum with a gen 3/4 5.3 LS with some bolt ons

zero, balancer blew up, piston sides in #1 and 2 got destroyed and walls in #1 and 2 are messed up. I guess the metal from the balancer got into the walls or something and messed everything up. All rods are good, rod bearings, main bearings, all thats good...literally just the balancer, oil pump, and cylinders #1 and 2 that got effected

Maybe it’s just the angle of that pic, that first one on the left looked bent.

I wish they would offer more support for V6 engines...the Ford Cologne 4.0L, the Chevy Vortect 4.3L, some of the newer 24v ones that are making close to or more than 300HP (not sure if their torque curve is all that great, but one out of a 1/2 ton truck would probably have plenty of torque if not the impressive HP rating).

I honestly don't think a V8 is the way to go with what we do most of the time. We want to be overaxled and underpowered, unless of course you're rock bouncing, but I doubt a stock chassis truck is really up to that anyway.
