How do these mount? I see the holes on top and bottom but are there already holes in the bumper or do you need to drill the holes? Do they use self tapping screws or bolts/nuts (I'm guessing bolts/nuts)?

You need to drill holes on top and bottom. They use a nut and bolt. I found them difficult to get seated just right to aim and slightly oversized my holes with washers on the back side to give me more adjustability. If you put the stock cover plate on, the holes are covered. Here is the install video:

Heads up, I ordered a set. Their website said two weeks for delivery/lead time, it took them five weeks to get me a set. Then the set they sent me had the bracket arms on the back upside down. Then replaced them at no charge but took another four weeks for them to make and ship them. Got them Felt like the fit was poor and not super factory looking like I wanted. Ended up returning them.

Lol thanks and yeah that’s What I thought. I had them go ahead and order it and they can just send it back if it’s $135 per not pair and I’ll order off Amazon. They’re actually usually pretty good at getting prices close enough to online pricing that I’ll just buy from them instead of ordering and that’s what I’d rather do but if it’s double I’ll be forced to go online to the good old internet store

? SAE LED fogs are fully self contained, there is no consumer swappable internal LED.

Per your earlier question, the Amazon price is per set.

Oh sweeet so I’m getting fog projector and fog bulbs.. figured it was projector only for $135. I was thinking I’d have to buy my own bulbs. My dealer parts manager couldn’t really tell me anything other than it was listed as a kit so wasn’t positive. He didn’t know if it was a pair or single neither. Thanks I’m even happier with the order now

There is no separate bulb, it’s a fully contained and sealed unit.

Great bang for the buck. Have them on the wife's 4runner and they're much better than stock. Did you get the black or chrome?

Dang i didnt now those existed! I wonder how they would perform with yellow laminx. I really liked the output of my OEM fog lights with the yellow laminx... i was planning to just replace the oem bulbs with diode dynamics SFL yellow LED bulbs (leaving the lens clear without the yellow laminx) till i saw this post. Now i have another decision to make. Rigid’s/KC’s are out of my fog light budget.

@crashnburn80 what’s your opinion on the OEM LED’s with yellow laminx vs 2012 OEM halogen fogs with the Diode Dynamics SLF yellow LED bulbs?. Both are about $130.

There’s are the bulbs in question. I haven’t found anything on this forum with LED bulbs in OEM halogen fog comparisons

The OEM Toyota fogs are linked on the first page and covered below. They are what I recommend as the best budget buy, being higher output than Morimotor while also being an OEM product. LEDs in halogen reflectors tend to cause a lot of scatter and glare and is not a route that I recommend, the OEM assemblies do a poor job of glare control to begin with. The yellow laminex filters short wave lengh blue light and lets long wavelenght yellow light through. Using a laminex over halogens produces richer yellow as the halogen source produces very little blue light so the filter is effective. Using it over an LED, especially a higher color temp LED will produce a greener light, as there is a lot of short wavelenght blue light from an LED light source, and not as much long wavelength yellow light, meaning it will have greater losses and not as good of an effect as on a halogen. Diode Dynamics is releasing a dedicated J583 LED fog soon, I hope to add them to this thread in the near future.
