I have a gen 2 set. I think they have Timken bearings. Anyway, quality is good. @MJonaGS32 also runs them.

Not enough to have a build thread.
Koyo is one of the bearing suppliers for toyota for the 1st gens. So OEM quality. Not sure about 2ng gens

Thanks fellas! I will give it a shot. Hell they are cheaper assembled than buying just the bearing from the stealership.
@ian408 thanks for your help man! After replacing the wire didn't fix the issue, I ordered cheap ABS sensor from online ($15) to rule out it wasn't the sensor causing the issue. After replacing the sensor same thing happened. I even swapped rear sensor with front and still same issue. All 4 sensors had same resistance and all 4 wires had good voltage. Then I bought the fancy obd reader that shows live data. Right when I hooked up the reader I noticed front left wheel wasn't on the same page with rest of the sensors. After doing some research, seems like sensors reads the pick that is inside the bearing. So, hoping this will resolve the issue.

a preassembled unit will also prevent whoever presses it together from pressing it together incorrectly. If its like the ones I've run across, the bearing only has one side with the tone ring on it, but can be installed backwards so the tone ring isnt facing the sensor. Then you get to start all over :cookiemonster:

Well I was really hoping to buy shop press this time. I just need an excuse to buy tools lol (that's what my wife told me). I did read about people pressing in the wrong side. If I could find a bearing for cheap I wouldn't mind buying the press and doing it myself.

Can anyone recommend a place around here for getting heads cleaned/ rebuilt? I’m weighing the cost of attempting to refresh this engine myself, or if I should just go looking for a whole replacement.

I have used Gilroy Machine http://www.gamperformance.com/ in the past for any machining needed for my Honda builds e.g. Boring/sleeving/headwork/etc.

I don't (want to nor do I) remember what anything cost though...
