When I got my OR-DCLB in August 2018, the readout on the dash would say 320 miles range before empty. Now it never goes over 285 miles to empty when I fill it. I always get 16-18.5 actual mpg per tank depending on the mix of city and highway driving, and I’m always easy on the accelerator. My best mileage is 19 mpg but that is going 65 mph on the interstate with a speed limit of 75 and most people doing 80-85 mph. I have stock wheels/tires, no lift, and have a bed mat and toolbox.

Mine always says ~267 when I fill up, I get right at 13.5-15mpg. Hand calculated and it matches the computer. 285/75 tires, full steel bumpers, rear swing out and sliders.

I commented once on this thing on a fb group, having no clue the OP was the owner haha. Many people are all over this guy's sack and ignore the functional-ridiculousness because it's a show truck that he uses for charity events. I'm very much a "function" kind of guy.

250 ish crew here mostly city. But my truck is no where near stock.

2010 dcsb 360* armor, 35’s, 3” lift, and just about as aero dynamic as a box of turds. But I knew adding all that would kill my mpg.

stock I got around 20 city 24 hwy when I actually filled up and paid attention.

    Yeah,
With a lift, bigger and heavier tires, if you drive city and heavy on the gas, I can see one getting mid teens.
Along with a plethora of other missing information, OP doesn't have location in profile. So I'll add this randomly; things like long warm up times, and using remote start can really impact driving mileage too.

I get 295-310 on the fuel range dash thinger. Im lifted, 33's, rock rails, oem tonneau, some armor. These trucks don't like weight. I mean towing 1000lbs on an all oem setup before lift and tires I got 9-11mpg over a 3 hour drive on the thruway. My JKR on E rated 35's, full spare and full steel armor, bumpers winch, rails, full under carriage plate. Full lift upgraded all steering components etc. Probs 600-700lbs extra weight and I got better range and MPG than I do in the Taco.

I don't know about the TRDOR versions but my stock SR5 in the summer months I'm always over 20 mpg, usually 22+. In the winter with heavier steel wheels, snow tires, and winter blend gas it's 17-20 mpg.

Here's my monthly averages, evens out those 26+ mpg road trip fill ups..

I get about 260 miles out of a tank if I’m driving highway and about 300 miles out of a tank when driving in the city. 265/75/16s, topper shell, rest is stock. I always thought you were suppose to get better highway milage?? ( I drive between 70-75 on highway, no lead foot.). Been tracking for about two months and usually always end up refilling with about 18 gallons stopping after the first click at the gas pump.

2019 OR DCLB, 285/70R17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, My commute to work is about 15 miles. 10 highway and 5 city. So far i've been getting 18 mpg but i've only had the tires on for about 500 miles. Driving around town I get 16. When i first got the truck i was getting anywhere from 18-20 mpg city and highway. If i drove nice on the highway i could squeeze 21mpg lol. Math is hard but I took my shoes off and used my toes as well as my fingers, i'm pretty sure i'm in the 310 range.

I mean, I get ~280 when it gets cold. I get about 320-330 when it's warm. These trucks seem to take a noticeable hit from cold weather.

When I had the street tires that came with the truck new I always got 21-22. Probably about 75% highway/25% city streets. After I put AT tires on, I'm down to about 19.5 average.

The E load tires kill my mpg on my 19 DCLB Offroad avg mpg is 15/16.......I run AT3 Wildpeaks E load 265/70R17 in the summer / fall for fishing and hunting (bad roads). In the winter / spring I switch back to the stock tires and I generally get 18-21 mpg combined city/highway.

Alu-Cab Explorer Canopy, 23 Zero 72" RTT, Rhino Rack Batwing Awning, ARB Suspension, 235/85R16 K02 tires, Hondo radio knobs, Taco Garage DMM...
K02's will take away ~1mpg for the sidewall stiffness, more if they are 33's.
Leveling kit shouldn't hurt too bad, but there is another 1-2mpg difference between the trucks with a front spoiler and the trucks without. Go up to 2-3" on a lift and you'll have a similar affect as removing the spoiler since more air will go under the dirty side of the truck.
MPG on the MT is about 1 mpg worse than the AT.
Driving in the city kills your mileage of course (I get 13-16 on short trips).
Adding a roof rack or even load bars also takes a hit
Steel bumpers are double bad due to weight and reduced aerodynamics

I get about 18 mpg combined (or 290miles on the dash guesser when I fill up). I have the following holding me back:
    Double cab (heavier truck)
MT (not running at the optimum rpm for best fuel economy)
    235/85r16 K02 E rated tires
1.25" lift on the front, 1.75" rear
TRD OR truck with no front spoiler (and 4x4 obviously)
Alu-Cab Explorer with two load bars (more weight and drag)

...I won't even talk about what happens when I put the RTT on...

260 would suck, but I am only a couple mpg better than that, and I don't have armor, bumpers, 33's, or light bars on the roof. My advice drive it off road every chance you get. You won't care about fuel economy once you start having serious fun with it.

I get about 330 when not towing (33's w/ stock gears, lifted, no armor other than a diamondback cover). Around 290-300 when towing ~1200 lbs.
