I fit a 295/85/16 in the stock location. Rubbed the diff slightly under compression but still had space between the springs. Not saying you should do it but it's likely doable.

I messaged arb about the bushings and they sent me a free set. They are kind of a pita to remove and you'll probably want a press to install.

Mine have slashes everywhere. Some deep enough to hit the cords. I did have one that had a tiny puncture in it. It would take a week before I noticed it was low on air.

    Nice work!

Just because everything is new doesn't mean something hasn't failed. Manufacturers aren't perfect. Did you remove the Tstat and see if things flow?

Yes, that’s what I mean, one of these parts even though they are all new one has failed.

Because it’s at the dealership they will do that tomorrow or I would have done it before.

Just put the carpet back in. It's been washed and airing out for a few days, going to vacuum it up and maybe shampoo it prior to re-installation

I regret every time I sell one and have to start fresh with new problems - work out struts. Missing keys. Expensive replacement glass. Leaking seals.... don’t do it.

Sold my really nice one a few years ago. Top of the line (carpet on the top, sliding rear glass window, etc) and I regretted it for the longest time. Then I bought another one 2 years ago for $150. So I'd just keep it if you can

I have the RTT on so the shell has just been sitting in the garage for months. Could be nice for winter but I hate changing them out.

Is the factory sound deadening on the floor well attached?

Mine was falling off and therefore not doing anything, so I pulled it all out before sound deadening.

When I had mine it was an awning for the dogs then in the winter I put it back on for added weight to help with traction.
