Wires looked new when I got the truck.

I haven't addressed the fuel filter though, which looks factory.

I'll knock it out next week along with my rear brake line finally.

yeah the fuel filter isn't a bad idea, supposed to be a "lifetime" part or whatever but it's easy to change out on the v6 and good peace of mind

this, mine gets done every 20k or so

the HF flare nut wrenches are nice so you don't have to worry about rounding off the fuel lines BTW

This dude at the bagel shop I'm in is weirdly desparate.

Since I've sat down to eat, he's called several different people, guys for the most part based on him leaving a voicemail, telling them all it's been awhile and that they should get together for lunch etc.

I guess it's different with gay guys; I'd just tell a girl "hey, I'm thinking of you, come over"

I feel you, I do the same...problem is those "deals" usually cost me more time/money than if I had just ponied up in the first place :bananadead:

A lot of people keep telling me good things about HFs higher end of wrenches.

I've got a complete second tool kit for my truck, that lives in my truck, but it wouldn't hurt to add a few more items.

Is that the V6? That's good mpg. I know people shrug off mpg in a truck yada yada, BUT mpg can be a good indicator of how well an engine is running. If this is the V6 and that is your normal mpg, not a fluke tank, I wouldn't feel there is anything that needs addressing as preventative maintenance

Cheap to replace. The oil fill cap gasket dries out from heat.

I have a lot of HF wrenches and sockets and they are great quality compared to the price. Are they the best? no
