E-Locker question and support

So my E-locker will not work properly. I even bought a new OEM actuator and it's still not right...so I'm thinking it's some electronic gremlin somewhere. I don't have the time to chase it down....

Anyone use this kind of product to get your rear locked? No more weird electrical issues....just a manual way to engage it. I like it. Want your thoughts.....

oh...and you can engage it in 2hi as well.

 

whelp yeah, you have full manual control over it...

Problem i see with this is electronic functionality of stuff like abs / traction control disable while locked wont work.

 

In this case wouldn't it be cheaper (maybe) and less time consuming to just have a shop figure out the issue with your e-locker?

Unless you're looking for a reason to go cable actuated, which is entirely understandable as it is pretty cool AF imo.

 

I believe the sensor in the rear end is seperate from the actuator. Meaning if you convert to cable it should still recognize when the locker is engaged and work with the abs and all that

 

GEEZ! Can they make the handle any bigger? That's nuts. All they need is something like this.

 

Do they make similar giant levers for the transfer case and front differential disconnect? Oh, and one for the E-brake too, because it’s awkward to pull a Rockford with the foot pedal style. I’m kind of joking, but also mostly serious, it is nice to have positive mechanical control of those systems, but the electric versions have worked well for me so far

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the rear diff lock/ 4wd system? I've searched and searched..even found some threads on TTORA...but the links posted are all dead.

 

If I can get a wiring diagram, I can start there..the actuator is brand new. There's gotta be something crimped off or shorting out from the ECU to the actuator.
