throw in a few weeks of FMLA on his ass!!! then a few months of inntermitent FMLA at your choice.Fridays,bad day at work leave at lunch etc....

I know for a fact that a knee replacement takes a full year to recover from !!!!

 

I think you legally can have 12 weeks a year!! They can't say squat to you then!

Here's the deal I go back to work tomorrow night (11/15) with restrictions. The restrictions basically make my job flying a desk! And I make alot more money working than on short term disability! Dr. set the date and HR backed 11/15 as tomorrow night if he has questions tell him to call us, to paraphrase HR. Haven't heard a peep.
I'll take it as a win!

 

FMLA will get you 12 weeks protected ....

 

Just follow the restrictions the Dr set don't let them guilt you into doing more .
