mine have done surprisingly well in mud between the fields and roads this spring. There were quite a few people that couldn’t make it down the road but it was pretty uneventful for me. There were multiple places it was rutted so deep I hit my skidplate

get a shovel and 4 maxtrax. You’ll get out of nearly anything in the Midwest with that - although some may require a bit of effort

Once you buy loud tires you might as well go the next step and just get a sub or some aftermarket speakers. I don't hear shit when I'm driving around, lol. A common question among people with Corollas is "what tire is the most quiet" just seems like such a non issue to me, or at least behind like, ya know... performance, price, warranty, comfortable ride...

it makes a difference how much time you spend in your truck, an hour or so is no big deal but I do a lot of multi hour trips so turning up the radio makes you deaf after 4 hours

I’ve got quite a bit of sound deadening in my truck. Radio usually never goes above 10 and I can drive all day

I can go hours with the music cranked; that being said, on long road trips @Slashaar napping creates periods of ambient music between my impromptu concerts. When I upgrade to an 11th gen we will probably add a bit of dynamat. As it is currently, you can hear my music outside of the car nearly as loud as you can inside.

I would love sound deadening and a new sound system that sounds just right for a deaf boi.

Anyone have a good place to install an alarm? I have all the components, just need to have it installed.

Also, any plans soon for a meetup of some kind? I’ve finally got some free weekends coming up.
